We’re looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will support the business advise on a range of transactions and advisory services, including:
* Buy-side and sell-side advisory
* Fundraising and growth capital investments
* Valuations, strategic advice and financial modelling
Key Responsibilities
* Support corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
* Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
* Contribute to pitch meetings and support the team’s ongoing growth
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
* Supporting Partners and Managers on project delivery
* Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis
* Prepare financial valuations and analysis
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
* Confident in presenting and articulating findings
