The opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a reputable financial planning firm in Kent.
Our client is looking for an experienced compliance professional to assist with overseeing the day to day compliance function within the business. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously whilst working within a small team environment. You will be the first line of support for the Compliance Director and group MLRO. You will also be responsible for setting up and monitoring compliance processes as well as carrying out risk assessments.

Whats needed for me to be considered?
In order to be considered, candidates ideally need to have;
1. Experience in managing compliance within a financial services company, advising on regulatory change and overseeing compliance processes
2. relevant industry qualifications would be beneficial
3. Confident when communicating with board level directors
