As the HR and Administration specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our manufacturing company specializing in park and luxury lodges. You will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment and heakth and safety laws, and providing general administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Administer employee benefits and leave management. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding. Manage employee performance evaluations and training programs. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping. Support with general administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Address employee grievances and implement appropriate disciplinary measures as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in HR and administration role. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
