Marketing Specialist (B2B Technology)

£35,000 - £39,000 per annum + benefits
I am working to recruit a Marketing specialist within a growing technology organisation in West Sussex. They are looking for a Marketing Administrator who’s hands-on, creative, and data-driven, ready to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support business growth.
You’ll work across marketing functions from digital and social to events and content using your project management skills and analytical mindset to make campaigns perform at their best.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns to attract new clients and deliver qualified leads each quarter.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimise performance and conversion.
* Produce engaging written, visual, and social content; co-host webinars; and promote brand activities across digital channels.
* Lead the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events, ensuring excellent guest experiences and measurable ROI.
* Provide guidance and support to Marketing Coordinators, ensuring consistent delivery, adherence to process, and progress toward goals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases.
* Oversee marketing initiatives end-to-end from concept to reporting, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
* Track campaign metrics, prepare post-campaign analyses, and support budget management for assigned projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a B2B marketing or marketing coordination/operations role. (3 years+)
* Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and lead nurturing.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Experience using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, and Office 365.
* Strong analytical ability with experience in marketing reporting and data interpretation.
* Confident communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
