The post is for 20 hours per week, with days to be negotiated. The role includes Saturday work.

Job Title: Practice Nurse
Line Manager: Treatment Room Nurse
Accountable to: Nurse Manager Clinically
Hours: 20 hours
Summary: Responsible for delivering practice nursing services within the multidisciplinary team, covering health promotion, immunisation, health prevention, well women and well men clinics, including cervical cytology, and supporting clinical policy review.

Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and implement health promotion programs
* Provide routine nursing care, wound care, immunisations, health checks, and cervical cytology
* Request and process pathology services
* Maintain accurate clinical records
* Assist with minor surgeries and clinical emergencies
* Support mental health assessments and safeguarding
* Support patients with medications and liaise with external services
