Part Time Administrator - Doncaster (4 Days Per Week)
Location: Doncaster, DN4
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 4 days between Mon-Fri
Pay: £12.21 - £12.99 per hour depending on experience
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (potential extension)
We are recruiting for an Admin Support Assistant to join a busy office in Doncaster on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid life experience, a great work ethic, and a genuine need and desire to work.
This is a part time role working 4 days per week, with some flexibility to accommodate your preferred day off.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the shared admin inbox
* Answering incoming calls and providing positive, professional communication
* Filing and maintaining organised records (a major part of the role)
* Strong minute‑taking during meetings
* Completing daily money checks
* Printing and preparing documents for internal training sessions
* Checking timesheets and sending them on as required
* Supporting managers with data entry, updating matrices, typing documents etc.
* Light daily housekeeping (wiping desks, vacuuming if needed)
Candidate Requirements
The client is looking for someone who:
* Has previous administrative experience
* Is highly organised and methodical
* Is comfortable with basic office tasks such as filing and data entry
* Has good typing skills and attention to detail
* Is reliable and able to start quickly
