Join Our Creative Kitchen at Brat Climpson's Arch
Nestled in the heart of Hackney, Brat Climpson's
Arch started as a temporary pop-up during lockdown and has since blossomed into
a vibrant, permanent neighbourhood restaurant. Our space is dynamic and
ever-evolving, perfect for hosting private events and exciting collaborations
with our friends in the industry. We believe in fostering creativity, not just
on the plate, but throughout our entire team.
We work hand-in-hand with British farmers and
fishermen like Flourish Produce and Phillip Warrens, ensuring our produce is
always of the highest quality. We're passionate about our relationships with
these suppliers, and we're equally committed to passing this passion on to our
team.
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef ready to bring their passion for
produce and leadership skills to our kitchen. If you're eager to grow, manage a
busy section, and contribute to a team-focused, creative environment, we'd love
to hear from you.

the kitchen on shift.
2. Manage the flow of food service, ensuring a
seamless and high-quality experience.
3. Share your knowledge and passion for top-notch
produce, helping your team grow and develop.
4. Handle key kitchen administrative tasks such
as ordering, stock management, and rota planning.
You Are:
5. Passionate about quality produce and building
strong supplier relationships.
6. Experienced in a similar restaurant setting,
with confidence in managing a busy kitchen section.
7. Knowledgeable in kitchen administration,
including due diligence, ordering, and stock management.
8. Excited to progress your career with us.
