We're Hiring: Programme Manager – Digital Transformation (Public Sector | SC & NPPV3)
Hybrid | Croydon (2 days/week) + occasional Solihull travel

Are you an experienced Programme Leader ready to drive large‑scale digital transformation across critical national infrastructure?
We're looking for a Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi‑workstream programme, manage Delivery Managers, and ensure excellence across cloud, infrastructure, software, DevOps, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery of a multi-million-pound transformation programme
Lead and mentor Technical Delivery Managers and engineering teams
Establish strong governance frameworks: RAID, planning, reporting, controls
Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and programme financials
Build senior stakeholder relationships (Director / C‑Suite)
Oversee compliance with government security & assurance requirements
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Support transition from programme delivery into steady‑state operations
What You'll Bring
15+ years delivering complex digital or technology programmes
Proven leadership of large, multi-workstream transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of cloud (preferably AWS), infrastructure, DevOps & digital platforms
Experience managing multiple Delivery Managers simultaneously
Background in Central Government or regulated environments
Strong governance, risk, and financial management skills
Supplier and third‑party management experience
SC Clearance + NPPV3 vetting ( Cleared)
