Job Overview
To undertake administrative functions for the Quality and Safety Team, including confidential record keeping, database management, meeting coordination, minute taking, project work, and PA duties. The role requires high standards, autonomy, workload organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The post involves decision-making, escalation, and being the first contact point for teams and customers.
Main duties of the job
* Establish administrative processes supporting the Q&S Team.
* Provide confidential support and manage sensitive information.
* Prioritize and format procedural documents, monitor compliance.
* Coordinate agendas, take minutes, prepare reports, and monitor actions.
* Maintain databases and produce reports and dashboards.
* Create presentations, handle communications, and support team members.
* Manage diaries, venues, and distribution of controlled stationery.

Person specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* BTEC or equivalent in administrative processes.
* RSA Stage II in word processing/typing or equivalent.
* 4 GCSEs at Grade A-C, including English and Maths.
Knowledge (Essential)
* 3+ years' experience in an administrative team role.
* Experience with administrative systems, minute taking, Microsoft Office, diary coordination, data collection.
Skills (Essential)
* Prioritization, initiative, adherence to policies, excellent communication.
