About the Job:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the financial services and banking industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with outsourced banking providers to deliver solutions that benefit Aviva Investors and our investors.
* Making decisions around risks, investigating and understanding potential risks to the business, and assessing risk acceptance or rejection.
* Prioritizing deadlines by making timely decisions for the team and suppliers, ensuring high-priority tasks are completed.
* Managing and overseeing key supplier relationships, engaging proactively with new suppliers as needed, and ensuring appropriate support levels.
* Contributing strategic input to the wider team’s strategy.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including dealing with suppliers.
* Drive, enthusiasm, and strong personal initiative along with organizational skills.
* Proven ability in influencing and relationship management.
* Relevant investment-related qualifications are a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and adapt to meet multiple deadlines.
