The Project Engineer role comes with a salary between £50,000 - £65,000 as well as hybrid working arrangements and a great package.

Responsibilities and duties of the Project Engineer role
Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer you will:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and site operations teams.
Apply technical expertise to design innovative engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects.
Conduct site assessments and provide conceptual plans for lifting operations.
Prepare and review both existing and updated engineering documentation.
Create detailed drawings, calculations, visualisations, operation manuals, risk assessments, and other essential project documents.
Oversee project execution to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
Maintain rigorous document quality and control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Participate in site visits to gather client requirements and be present during operations to lead, support, and motivate the team.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Bachelor's in engineering
CSCS Appointed Person
IOSH Managing Safely desirable
CCNSG Safety Passport desirable
Experience managing large scale construction projects
Experience with lifting operations using mobile cranes, tower crane and crawler cranes
