Partick Works Limited (PWL) is a subsidiary of Partick Housing Association that provides property factoring services to over 1,500 homeowners, manages residential properties, and lets a small number of commercial premises.
We are seeking new Board Members who will attend at least four meetings each year, contribute to strategic decision‑making, and help drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend Board meetings (minimum four per year) and participate in governance discussions.
* Provide insight and expertise in areas such as property factoring, business development, asset management, or customer service and ICT.
* Support the development of the Organisation’s strategic plans and financial viability.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant experience in Property Factoring/Management.
* Commerce and Business Development.
* Building Maintenance and Asset Management.
* Customer Service, Marketing and ICT.
Legal & Governance
PWL Directors must meet the Companies House Director Responsibility requirements.
