About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in growing and managing a team of Energy Pros representing Reliant Energy. Your leadership will shine as you lead by example, driving personal sales while building a motivated sales team. You’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring your team to ensure they excel in delivering exceptional service and sales.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage multiple retail locations effectively.
* Inspire and motivate your team of Sales Associates (Energy Pros) to engage consumers about Reliant solutions.
* Identify client needs and discover opportunities to enhance energy efficiency.
* Teach your team to uncover consumer desires and deliver tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes together.
* Ensure an outstanding customer experience while delivering impressive sales results.
