Job Description
The In-house Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Providing legal advice on property transactions and related matters.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related contracts and agreements.
5. Advising on lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.
6. Working closely with the Head of Property
7. Building relationship with stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful In-house Property Solicitor should have / be;
8. A Solicitor with a track record in Commercial Property
9. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating property contracts.
10. Likely to come from a private practice, local authority or In-house background.
11. Likely to be around 0-4 years PQE

12. Salary ranging from £50,000 to £62,000 per annum.
