This role involves carrying out roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations on both occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of roofing works, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs. Identify and rectify leaks, damaged tiles, guttering issues, and associated roofline components. Work effectively on domestic and social housing properties, maintaining a professional approach with tenants and colleagues. Ensure all works comply with health and safety procedures and company policies. Complete required job documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors.
