Location: Near Truro About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team near Truro. You will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care, optimising medication therapy, and contributing to patient safety. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and make a real difference to patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and reconciliation. Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines. Deliver patient education and counselling. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols. Requirements: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
