We are a professional chocolate manufacturing business, are very much in the growth phase of our brand journey and are looking to expand our sales team by introducing a new Customer Account Manager to help drive our revenue growth.
This role is all about getting more of our products into more customers, and will involve the active management of existing customer accounts, as well as prospecting for new opportunities within specific channels and routes to market.
For this role, you will need to have at least 2 years experience working within a B2B sales / commercial team. Experience within the FMCG or confectionary sector is desirable, but not a pre-requisite. You will be fearless, resilient and focused, and have a strong 'can do' attitude to get things done. Attention to detail is a must, and you will use this to both develop your existing customer base by implementing winning customer plans and to build your prospect pipeline to win new business too.
