As an Account Manager in our Private Sector – Commercial Sales division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients and our organisation.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 40 hours per week. Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will:

* Cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities using expert communication and questioning techniques.
* Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programmes to continuously enhance your skills and performance.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless solutions that put clients first.

What We Are Looking For

You will succeed in this role if you:

* Are an excellent communicator who thrives on building strong client relationships.
* Have a consultative approach to selling, focusing on uncovering and meeting clients’ unmet needs.
* Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and value teamwork.
* Have strong presentation skills, are comfortable with numbers, and are experienced in using CRM systems.


Experience and Skills Required

We are seeking candidates who bring:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field, ideally within managed services, IT, or a similar industry.
* Familiarity with developing and executing sales plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Experience using a CRM system to manage client relationships and track sales activity effectively.
* A strong track record of prospecting new business and successfully converting opportunities into sustainable client relationships.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
