About the Role We’re seeking Graduate Engineers (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) who are due to graduate at the end of 2025 or have recently graduated. Our two-year Graduate Program is aligned with our Engineering Competency Matrix, allowing you to track your progress and success as you grow with us. Your first assignment will be on the Western Sydney Airport Project, where you'll gain rare experience working on project close-out. Key responsibilities include: Quality and completions Defect management Planning works Cost control and docket review Overseeing site works including civil and landscaping What We’re Looking For You’ll need to be available for full-time work (40 hours/week), have your own transport, and be able to commute to Western Sydney daily. We’re looking for team players who are eager to learn and grow. What’s Next After project completion, you’ll transition into our Operations team, working on complex civil engineering projects. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience that builds real-world skills. Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport What’s In It For You?
