We have restructured our SEN support to give us greater flexibility moving forwards with adults sometimes supporting more than one child at certain times. The role would be supporting a number of children across the day in the same Y5/6 class who have identified additional needs.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident to adapt the curriculum to the learning needs of the child where needed and also be committed to building a good relationship with the children, families and other adults and children in the class. Experience of working with a child with additional needs is essential.
