Office & Finance Administrator
Location: Leadburn (must drive)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + performance-based review
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + 1-in-4 Sunday remote cover (job to finish)

We’re partnering with an established business based in Leadburn to find an experienced Office & Finance Administrator — someone who thrives on structure, loves improving systems, and enjoys getting stuck into both numbers and problem-solving.

This role is ideal if you’re looking for genuine autonomy and the chance to make your mark on how a business runs day-to-day.

What You’ll Be Doing

*

Managing purchase orders, invoices, and customer accounts

*

Tracking inventory and analysing financial data using Excel

*

Producing accurate financial and performance reports

*

Supporting business operations with admin and office coordination

*

Reviewing supplier contracts and managing cost efficiency

*

Leading a key internal project to improve business systems and processes

What You’ll Bring

*

Strong Excel and numeracy skills (you enjoy spreadsheets!)

*

Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise a busy workload

*

Excellent communicator — confident liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues

*

Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team

*

Full UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)
