Overview
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes either within a specific technical domain, or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as a service offerings) in combination with all necessary third-party components (e.g. software and integration). Develops and articulates compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals and ensures customer's business and technical requirements are met. Can be aligned to a specific area of technical expertise (e.g., products, solutions, services). Provides technical expertise to sales teams and customers (through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc.) aimed at gaining the customer mindshare within their domain. These jobs focus on technical selling to customers/partners. May be aligned to specific accounts based on business priority. This role is part of the Data Services & Storage Presales team in the UK, as a hybrid role focusing on channel whilst engaging with customers. It will play a critical part in enabling and empowering our key resellers and distributions of the HPE Storage strategy and key portfolio offerings, including our expanded unstructured data portfolio and data protection offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and strategic guidance, and supporting channel partners in driving end user engagement and solution adoption and supporting end user opportunities in our commercial and regional public sector customers. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business needs, translating complex storage solutions into clear value propositions for our channel partners and their customers. You will proactively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. You will serve as a technical expert and advocate for HPE Storage solutions, working hands-on with partners to design, architect, and demonstrate innovative storage technologies that address evolving customer requirements. Your expertise will directly influence partner capabilities and confidence, helping them to differentiate HPE offerings and grow their business.
