Your new role Conducting routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards. Monitoring production processes and verifying CCPs. Supporting the technical team with investigations and corrective actions. Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with internal and external audits. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a QA or technical role within food manufacturing (bakery experience desirable but not essential). Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and BRC requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge where necessary. Flexibility to work shifts if required.
