Software Project Manager
Circa £750/day Inside IR35 (DOE), London (hybrid)
We're looking for a delivery-focused Software Project Manager to join a complex transformation programme.
Must-have:Strong experience in Claims or Reinsurance

Someone who:
* Drives delivery and holds teams accountable for outcomes
* Creates clear visibility of progress, delays, and quality (including testing)
* Has led defect management and resolution
* Understands team capacity and actively optimises it
* Actively improves collaboration and delivery practices
* Has strong experience across SDLC and application/system modernisation
* Is comfortable working in cloud environments (eg Azure)
* Has used tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint
