Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to add to their team and spearhead innovation! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest tens of millions within the next few years in upgrading their equipment, facilities and Continuous Improvement projects!
The Role
As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Executing and delivering upon a clear 5-year Maintenance plan, with OPEX and CAPEX considerations
2. Managing an annual CAPEX budget of <£5 million
3. Directly managing a team of 15, ensuring that high engineering standards are met
4. Being at the forefront of various Continuous Improvement Projects
5. Ensuring capacity utilisation is maximised
