Job Overview
Bank Clinical Site Managers position at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest. The role requires the post holder to maintain patient flow, lead clinical operations across a 24‑hour period, and work predominantly out of hours.
Overall responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting and resolving patient flow pressures
* Managing staffing and skill‑mix issues
* Responding to and escalating clinical incidents and site‑wide risks
* Supporting clinical teams and maintaining patient safety at all times
The role involves day and night shift patterns to suit service requirements. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications
We are looking for experienced clinicians with strong decision‑making skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a pressurised environment. The successful candidate will be innovative, motivated, and an excellent role model for the Health Board values.
