East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) has a vision to be the most loved charity shop in our community. We think our 50 shops (and growing) are some of the best in East Anglia and our online presence is similarly impressive – Our Style with EACH brand recently won the Third Sector Award’s ‘Best use of social media’ 2022. The income from our shops and online platforms play a vital role in raising essential funds for children and families at a time they need it most.
For aspiring Shop Managers & Area Managers we have a structured, competency-based development tool, focused on supporting individuals to develop confidence and skills in all areas of their role, including online, internal and external training.

Role
Retail Sales Supervisor – Kings Lynn
Part-Time - 21 hours per week, worked as 3 days over a 7 day working week
Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis

The role
* Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
* Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
* Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
* In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
