We’re on the lookout for full time dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in Bangor, offering full-time hours for Night shifts on a rotational basis, to include weekend cover also (with enhanced pay rates!).
The Role
* Providing tailored emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health challenges
* Assisting with all aspects of promoting independent living to assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
* Collaborating with the care team to develop and follow personalised support plans
* Offering occasional night support to ensure continuous care only when required
The Person / Qualifications
* 6 months minimum paid experience working within a similar role
* CPI Trained is preferable but training will be offered
* Compassionate, patient, and have excellent communication skills
* A desire to help others thrive and overcome challenges
* Registered with NISCC
* Willingness to do mandatory training courses
* Must complete Enhanced Access NI check
