About the role: As a fully functioning member of the SLT, to contribute to the strategic direction, operational procedures and management of the school and be responsible for the development, management and operation of all the school’s business functions (e.g. financial, HR, legal, ICT, contracts, health and safety, data, timetable, line management of examinations systems and procedures, working within the framework and remit of the post Responsible, as non-professional lead, for all staff (teaching and non-teaching) in respect of a range of whole-school functions e.g. health and safety, resource managements, financial, non-HR related contracts, tenders and agreements, data etc Responsible for the development and effective use of the school site. Responsible for the direct line management of all support staff.
