You're confident speaking with people at all levels, and you build strong relationships with ease. Demonstrating a learn it all mindset to understand the Recruitment sector.You like staying organised, keeping conversations moving, and making sure customers feel supported. You're comfortable working at pace and you stay positive when things change.**Day-to-day, you will:**- Handle a high volume of customer queries with a calm and friendly approach- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your customers' businesses- Host online and in-person meetings with customers at all levels- Work closely with our projects teams to make sure customers have a smooth handover once a sale is made.**Your skills and experiences might also include:**- Experience in selling software in a digital setting, ideally within the recruitment sector- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to growth and change- A strong understanding of how businesses work and make decisions- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with different people.The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
