Job Description Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programmes for staff. Assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions to address them. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organisational goals. Create, maintain and update training materials to reflect industry developments and compliance standards. Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring where required. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance metrics. Ensure all training sessions are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment. Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies within the energy and natural resources sector The Successful Applicant A successful Technical Trainer should have: Proven experience in delivering technical training within a similar industry. Knowledge of the energy and natural resources sector or related fields. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences. Ability to design and adapt training materials to meet varying needs. Familiarity with compliance and safety standards relevant to the role. A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development. What's on Offer Competitive salary in the range of £28800 to £35200 per annum.
