Join Tesla as a Sales Customer Experience Specialist in Brooklands. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey.
What You’ll Do
* Proactively engage customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads and build a pipeline through active interaction and data capture.
* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, answering questions, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Execute successful lead capture strategies during events, maximizing engagement and conversion opportunities.
* Efficiently manage and organize captured lead data, maintaining accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.
* Build value for customers, presenting our vehicles and communicating the value proposition to drive conversion.
* Collaborate with sales teams and relevant departments to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead capture and sales processes.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, reflecting Tesla’s values.
What You’ll Bring
* Excellent interpersonal skills and natural rapport‑building ability.
* Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn about Tesla’s products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
* Clear communication skills to convey information understandably.
* Previous experience delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities quickly.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
* Valid UK driving license for 2+ years.
