Before & After School Club Assistant – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company
Location: High Wych, Sawbridgeworth CM21 0JB
Provision Hours: 7.30am-9am and 3pm-6pm
Salary: £10-£12.21 per hour (depending on age, experience and qualifications)

As a Play Worker, you don't necessarily need specific experience, but you will ideally have:
* A Passion for Working with Children: We’re looking for someone to provide inclusive, fun, and engaging activities for children, inspiring them to explore their interests.
* Enthusiasm and Organisation Skills: Assisting with planning and delivering activities with structure and energy, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
* Responsibility and Reliability: Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies and procedures, completing accident and incident reports, and conducting safety checks. Reliable staff benefit both children and families.
* Communication and Engagement: Conducting oneself professionally, communicating effectively with team members, parents, children, and schools. Representing the organization positively is key.
