Associate - Property Litigation - Bristol - 1-5 Years PQE
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £80,000, depending on experience
A highly regarded, forward thinking UK law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Associate (1-5 years PQE) to join its ambitious and expanding Property Litigation team in Bristol. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. Work will include:
* Handling a broad range of contentious property matters
* Advising private clients, corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers, and investors
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
* Engaging directly with clients from an early stage
* Contributing to the development and long term success of the Property Litigation team
Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for a solicitor with:
* 1-5 years PQE in property litigation
* Experience in disputes involving development land (including telecoms), property contracts, and landlord/tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of covenant
* Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
* Confidence in managing matters independently while recognising when to seek guidance
* A proactive, commercially aware, and client focused mindset
* Enthusiasm for innovation, collaboration, and contributing to a growing team
