Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Renewals Manager for a rapidly growing software company in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with renewals experience to support with the transformation of the renewals function.

Your role will be to oversee a growing, high performing team, taking responsibility for people development, revenue growth and sitting alongside the Leadership team.

This is a hybrid role, where you will be expected to be in the Bath office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Renewals Manager you will be responsible for:
Oversee the day-to-day team management of the renewals team, ensuring Net Renewal Rate (NRR) and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) targets are met and exceeded.
Lead daily and weekly team meetings, providing clear focus and motivation.
Motivate and drive performance across the team, ensuring KPIs, metrics, and deliverables are achieved. Provide ongoing training, support, and 121 reviews to team members, ensuring a solutions-based culture.
Renew a small portfolio of prestigious accounts, ensuring high-quality service and retention.
forecast retention rates and provide weekly reports to the Senior Leadership team.
Support the recruitment of future Renewal Account Managers and Senior Renewal Account Managers and deliver a robust induction process for new starters.
Oversee the use of Customer Success Management and Customer Relationship Management systems.

Skills & experience required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Success or Renewals environment.
Proven track record of leading teams and exceeding business targets.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Experience with Hubspot and Vitally is highly desirable.
Inquisitive mindset with a positive attitude.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Benefits
Salary of up to £55,000
OTE of £70 - £80k
Hybrid opportunity - 2 days per week in the office
25 days holiday + BH
