Are you an experienced leader in childrens residential care ready to take ownership of a home and drive excellence? Were looking for a passionate and compliant Registered Manager for a new Childrens Residential Home to lead a dedicated team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
As a Registered Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards, provides outstanding outcomes for children, and supports a culture of care, respect, and growth. Requirements
Proven experience managing an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Strong understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding knowledge
Passionate about achieving positive outcomes and driving service improvement
