Shift / Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Role
As a CNC Turner Nights, you'll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC Turning machines following approved procedures and programs.
* Read, interpret, and control CNC code to support accurate machine set‑up and operation.
* Manage all set‑up parameters including datum setting, tool length, and wear offsets to maintain process accuracy.
* Ensure quality output through precise machining and effective use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.).
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.
* Apprentice trained or proven equivalent hands‑on experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
* Skilled in working to production timelines, SOPs, and company‑specific documentation.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude and results‑driven approach.
