Customer Team Leader
Location: 12-16 Green Lane, Sale, M33 5PP
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Availability to work full and varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.
What you'll do
* Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
* Motivate, coach and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in-store bakery supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
