Job Overview
Jensen Hughes is seeking a Graduate Fire Engineer to join its team across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic design team, working with experienced engineers and receiving constant technical support to gain knowledge and experience in fire engineering projects.

Responsibilities
* Conduct fire engineering analysis of exciting projects involving new and existing buildings.
* Work on a wide range of buildings, including high-rise office buildings, large retail complexes, and airport developments, each providing unique challenges in developing an innovative fire engineering strategy.
* Analyze fire growth, means of escape, structural fire resistance, and smoke control using various methods, including computer modeling software.
* Prepare technical reports and liaise with clients, who include some of the largest building developers in the country.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK or Ireland.
* A Master’s degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical, or Physics.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Qualifications/Experience
* A team player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Enthusiasm to innovate.
* A second European language is an advantage but not essential.
