The management of the club want a Head Chef who has the passion and vision to see the possibilities and potential and then to bring them to fruition. What's involved?
As Head Chef you will be in full control of the menu serving club classics which can be found in any decent pub. Where you will come in is adding to this and introducing the members and their guests to a higher quality of food and moving towards putting the country club on the local food map.
You will initially be in the kitchen on your own with a part time KP however once you increase the footfall with your dishes then the team will grow with the business.
You will be able to have a strong command of budget and costs and maintain a competitive GP while at the same time coming up with imaginative and crowd pleasing menus.
It is essential that all applicants have their own transport and are happy to commute.
