Account Manager – IT Sector
Location: Ireland (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped OTE

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK market.
You will take a consultative approach to sales, working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and recommending tailored UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise space
Managing and expanding existing customer accounts to maximise revenue and long-term value
Selling Microsoft Teams–integrated UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions
Building strong, trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and channel partners nationwide
Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to close and handover
Collaborating closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a driven, commercially focused sales professional with a strong background in selling communication or connectivity solutions.
You will bring:
Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions in clear business terms
The ability to work independently while managing a varied sales pipeline
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Ideally, you will be based in or around London, with flexibility to travel into the city as required
The Package
Basic salary up to £40,000
Uncapped OTE of £70,000+
Hybrid working model, predominantly remote with regular London-based meetings
