The Role:
1. Advising public sector clients on equal pay claims, audits and risk management
2. Leading and developing a specialist sub-team focused on equal pay and related public sector matters
3. Playing a central role in major equal pay and pay reform projects involving large workforces
4. Managing complex employment tribunal litigation and providing strategic non-contentious advice
5. Working closely with clients on workforce strategy, restructures and compliance
6. Collaborating with colleagues nationally on high-value, high-profile matters

7. A qualified solicitor with strong experience in employment law
8. Demonstrable expertise in equal pay and public sector employment work
