We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated New Homes Agent to join our team. In line with our progression plan, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process for new homes, from initial viewing to the final handover to new owners. You will be working across multiple live sites with many more pending, interacting with both large and small developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
* Collect and provide feedback to developers based on client responses and market trends.
* Handle offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate agreements between buyers and developers.
* Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
* Manage the handover process to new owners, ensuring all aspects are completed satisfactorily.
* Proactively phoning out to reach potential clients to book viewings, generating news leads, and dealing with incoming leads.
* Work closely with developers to ensure that their needs and expectations are met, and provide market insights to help them optimize their offerings.
* Work efficiently across various sites, each with unique characteristics and developer requirements.
Qualifications:
* Experience - Previous experience in estate agency, particularly in new home sales, is preferred.
* Skills: Strong phone etiquette, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and sites simultaneously. Ability to adapt to different working environments and developer expectations.
* Driver's License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
