Job Summary
The Project Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, and third-party partners, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery, coordination, and tracking of training programs and curricula.
Main Activities:
1. Class Scheduling and Resource Booking
2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
3. Learning Materials and Logistics
4. Learner Communication and Support
5. Roster Management and Completion Tracking
6. Instructor and Learner Support During Classes
7. Certification Management
8. Invoice Validation and Processing Support
9. Support Activities in the Development Action Plan
10. Qualtrics Survey Administration
11. Streamline the integration of information from multiple platforms
12. Manage certifications
13. Training Pathway Completion: Calculate and report the percentage of training pathway completion for each participant.
14. Generate reports across different systems
Qualifications
15. Bachelor's degree in related field
16. Previous experience in Learning / Training area
17. Good skills in Excel and other MS Office tools
18. English intermediate / advanced
19. Availability for hybrid work
