What is the role?
Summer Internship (5 month FTC) April – August. An enthusiastic and motivated intern will work across customer experience, marketing, events, and other projects during our busiest period.
Core Responsibilities
* Support the Customer Experience team with daily operations and customer interactions.
* Deliver exceptional service across all communication channels (email, social, live chat).
* Assist with resolving customer queries efficiently and empathetically.
* Work closely with the Customer Experience Coordinator on day‑to‑day priorities.
* Help the team manage increased demand during peak periods (flexibility up to 5 days per week when required).
Marketing & Partnerships Support
* Assist the Partnerships team in seeding product to influential athletes and ambassadors within our core playgrounds (running, cycling, action & motorsport).
* Assist the Marketing team with content development or admin tasks.
* Support events planning and execution, activating weekend events where appropriate.
* Contribute to wider business projects aligned with your interests and development goals.
* Attend relevant meetings (e.g. sales/marketing) to build a broader business understanding.
