Graduate Building Surveyor Location: Oxford Full Time | Permanent Anglian Recruitment are working with a well-established consultancy to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor for their Oxford office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build their career within a supportive and professional environment while gaining experience across a wide range of building surveying services. You will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and be involved in projects from early design stages through to completion. The company offers full support through the APC process, including structured training, CPD and an internal APC support group made up of both experienced professionals and recently qualified surveyors. Due to the nature of some projects, successful applicants may be required to undergo security clearance which may include DBS, BPSS, Counter Terrorist Check, Security Check or Developed Vetting. The Role Assist with preparing specifications and tender documents for construction projects. Support the preparation of building regulation and planning applications and liaise with local authorities where required. Assist with the design and delivery of projects of varying sizes.
