Quality Assurance Specialist
The Role:
* Manage and Develop Quality Systems
You will take ownership of our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS), lead internal audits, and work closely with key departments to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality policies and procedures
* Conduct regular internal audits and project quality inspections
* Drive best practices in quality across the organisation
* Analyse non-conformances and complaints; lead root cause analysis
* Evaluate and monitor suppliers in line with quality standards
* Oversee compliance with legislation and support implementation of additional standards
* Report on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement
Desirable Skills:
* Exposure to other relevant ISO standards
* Relevant certifications
* Background in high-precision or multidisciplinary technology environments
