Demand Planning Manager Premium FMCG Drinks Brand Location: Windsor - Hybrid 3 days per week office based Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 Per annum Benefits (Car, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday) Our client is a well-known premium drinks brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. Known for their quality, innovation, and standout brand identity, they’re experiencing rapid growth across retail, e-commerce, and on-trade channels. They are now hiring a Demand Planning Manager to lead their forecasting and planning function. This is a key role in ensuring commercial and operational alignment, improving forecast accuracy, and developing a scalable S&OP process to support further growth. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll also be responsible for leading a team of 5 (both direct and indirect reports), so line management experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: Own the demand planning process across the UK/IRE market and channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business strategy. Build and enhance forecasting models and planning tools to drive efficiency and accuracy. Track and report on key planning KPIs, continuously identifying areas for improvement. Manage and develop a high-performing demand planning team. Support the evolution of the business’s S&OP framework. Requirements: 5 years of demand planning or forecasting experience within FMCG sectors such as food, drinks, personal care, or pharmaceuticals. Strong line management experience, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams. Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills; familiarity with planning systems like SAP IBP is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing business with evolving priorities. What Happens Next?
