The Role
The purpose of the role is to work closely with the leadership teams of Lily Head Dental Practice Sales and Lily Head Finance in creating and delivering marketing campaigns and creating content to generate leads in the dental sector.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and also working in collaboration with an external marketing company.
Work location
: Remote, with visits to our Leamington Spa office every two weeks.
Flexibility
: Open to full-time and part-time applicants.
Hours
: 09:00–17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Friday.
Our Marketing Partners
You will be working with our outsourced partners who provide e mail marketing, graphic design work, web hosting, audio video content, corporate gifts, printing, mailing services and exhibition stands.
Key Aspects of the Role:
* Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
* Copy writing: Professional, and insightful content tailored to dentists and dental business owners—including blogs, articles, reports, email campaigns, case studies and guides.
* Safeguard our brand to ensure our voice reflects our expertise and professionalism.
* Collaborate with external agencies and creatives (design, web, video)
* Launch and manage digital projects such as videos, podcasts, and webinars.
* Organise and promote online and offline events.
* Stay ahead with sector trends to ensure relevant, timely messaging.
* Track marketing metrics to refine and improve performance.
* Build and manage relationships with media partners, suppliers, and industry contacts.
