Customer Support Agent - 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Location: Office-based with hybrid working (1 day WFH after induction)
Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-16:30
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for existing customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support across multiple channels.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports using Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Support technical sales activities, offering tailored aftercare solutions such as spares parts, warranties, and training.
* Work closely with consultants and account managers to manage the opportunity pipeline.
* Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
The Ideal Candidate
* Background in administration, customer support, or order processing, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in a similar customer facing or order processing role.
* Confident communicator via phone and email with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
